At The Sussex Downs Fertility Centre we have a specialist team who are all experienced in the management and delivery of fertility care with local knowledge and experience in the area for over 30 years in Eastbourne, Worthing, Brighton and Sussex. Our team are very approachable and supportive of patients who are undergoing the stressful burden associated with fertility treatment.
Our team is well versed with the latest advances in fertility treatments and consists of consultants who are experts in the field of reproductive medicine. Their knowledge and dedication has resulted in The Sussex Downs Fertility Centre’s high level of performance and success rates over several years.
Our Management Team
Mrs Kuljit Moore-Juneja
Kuljit is the CEO of the organisation and has over 15 years experience in Healthcare Management in both the private and NHS sectors. She is responsible for overseeing the service, standards and development. Kuljit is passionate about delivering excellent healthcare services.
Human Resources Manager
Mike is an experienced manager with over 20 years experience in management, operations and development. His experience covers the finance, retail and the banking sector. Mike is responsible for the management of the team and the operations of the centre, he is passionate about delivering excellent patient services and care.
Liz has over 35 years experience in finance, implementing transformative change in various sectors across EMEA. Working within a wide range of industries including media, publishing, hospitality, financial services, healthcare and retail. Liz has been key in the preparing for the successful sale of a number of businesses and has an acute understanding of business environments.
Mr David Chui
Consultant, Clinic Director & HFEA Person Responsible
Mr Chui is a Consultant Gynaecologist with over 26 years experience in treating fertility patients. His subspecialty interests are in Reproductive Medicine including treatments of IVF and other advanced assisted conception therapies. Mr Chui is a senior consultant and person responsible in the centre.
Our Clinical Team
Mr Jamal Zaidi
Mr Zaidi is an experienced fertility consultant at the centre who graduated from Kings College Hospital, London, in 1987. He undertook obstetric and gynaecology training in London and Oxford and gained wide experience in reproductive medicine and surgery during this time. His interests include in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment and laparoscopic surgery.
Ms Despina Mavridou
Mr Graham Watson
Mr Graham Watson developed the first laser to treat renal stones. Since then he has built up a Stone Centre in Eastbourne. Mr Watson specialises in fertility / infertility and assisted conception; laser surgery, and prostate disease including prostate cancer. At The Sussex Downs Centre, he is available for consultations and performs the surgical sperm retrieval procedure.
Louise is an experienced counsellor who is a COSRT and BICA (British Infertility Counselling Associated) registered fertility counsellor. Louise began her clinical career as an embryologist working for Lord Professor Robert Winston at the prestigious Hammersmith Hospital IVF unit in 1995, where she gained groundbreaking clinical experience working with in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and other assisted reproduction techniques (ART). Louise has many years training as an integrative therapist and is a fully qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist. Louise is here to support patients through their fertility treatment at the centre.

Dr Charlotte Hall
Lead Clinical Embryologist
Charlotte is the Lead Embryologist and Quality Manager at Sussex Downs Fertility Centre (SDFC). She has been working in the field of reproductive science for over 20 years (both research and clinical) with the last 15 years as a Clinical Embryologist at SDFC. She gained her BSc in Zoology at University College London, a PhD in Reproductive Cryobiology at The Royal Veterinary College, London and is an Associate Member of the Royal College of Pathologists. Charlotte has retained her research links by forming collaborations with laboratories to further research in the area of embryonic stem cells and is involved with provision of training and assessment for the Scientist Training Programme (STP) following establishment of the first Private Sector training centre for Reproductive Science at the SDFC.
Charlotte is supported in the laboratory by Elen Teves-Dolayba and Emily Upton who are both HCPC registered clinical scientists and ICSI practitioners and have been with the SDFC for 12 and 7 years, respectively. Rachel Williams joined the SDFC in 2018 as an STP trainee embryologist and she assists the team as she completes her Master’s training.
Our aneasthetists are a group of senior consultant anaesthetists with a long history of providing anaesthetic services to The Sussex Downs Fertility Centre. They are all experts in delivering safe sedation techniques in this environment, as well as general anaesthesia for all specialities in the hospital setting.
